Our Story

Hacienda Monterrey is a contemporary interpretation of a Northern Mexican hacienda, offering an immersive dining and cultural experience beyond the traditional restaurant. Led by Chef Fernando Guajardo, the concept centers on in-house, handcrafted cuisine with a specialty in Northern Mexican-style meats. Signature dishes such as Ribeye Aguachile, Mexican-style tomahawk and premium cuts, Frijoles Charros, and Ceviche Rojo showcase bold, authentic flavors rooted in tradition.

The experience blends open-fire cooking with a visible grill and open kitchen, complemented by a vibrant 360° bar and a cocktail program crafted by our chefs using only organic ingredients. Designed to feel like a cozy barn from a classic Mexican film, the space evokes a warm, communal courtyard with natural materials, greenery, candlelight, and curated details.
